Qualifications
Zhejiang Zhongxun Electronics Co., Ltd. Electronic and Electrical Product Testing Laboratory is the first nationally recognized first party laboratory in the domestic switch industry (CNAS: L3173), implementing the IEC17025 laboratory management system. The laboratory operates independently from other departments of the company, mainly providing testing services for the company's R&D and quality departments, and also has the ability to carry out testing activities externally.
The laboratory was prepared for construction in 2000. In 2002, it was recognized by the United States UL1054CTDP. In August 2007, it was recognized by the China Conformity Assessment Commission (CNAS). In September 2009, it was recognized by the United States UL company UL61058 standard WTDP. In 2011, it was awarded the first WMT certificate in the switch industry of TUV Rheinland in Germany in Greater China. In September 2012, it was awarded the first CTDP certificate in the switch industry of UL in Chinese Mainland. The laboratory obtained INTERTEK Level 2 qualification in 2020. In 2021, the laboratory joined the "Yangtze River Delta Electric Tool Industry Laboratory Alliance".
The laboratory currently has a testing area of over 600 square meters, with more than 140 types of testing equipment and 7 staff members. It has full testing capabilities for instrument switches according to IEC, EN, UL, and GB standards (excluding EMC), as well as most testing capabilities for leakage protectors (GFCI, RCD), relays, controllers, couplers, instrument sockets, circuit breakers, and other products. The following specific testing items can be carried out: temperature rise test, ball pressure test, hot wire test, resistance to electric trace test, salt spray test, high temperature test, low temperature test, voltage insulation test, mechanical strength test, push-pull force test, soldering test, durability test, humidity test, lightning surge test, ringing wave test, dust prevention test, shell protection level test and other testing items.

The existing laboratory electrical testing room and material testing room, there have all kinds of testing equipment more than 80 units, with 8 staff members, the detection capabilities of IEC61058-1, EN61058-1, UL1054, with UL61058-1, GB15092 1 standard (except EMC), but also has some ability to detect relay, temperature controller, Appliance couplers, circuit breaker for other products. At the same time, the company's testing center has obtained authoritative recognition from CNAS, and all products have undergone tens of thousands of strict tests by CNAS testing center. The company maintains 158 CNAS accredited project qualifications and participates in 16 proficiency tests, all of which have achieved satisfactory results.
